How to make Strawberry Froyo

Making Strawberry Froyo (frozen yogurt) is very simple, serving it up is child's play, and the result is delicious.

Into the blender go:
Strawberries
A hand full of ice
A squeeze of lemon
A couple of dollops of yogurt
Castor sugar to taste

Taste your mixture to make sure you have the flavours to your liking, then pour it into a container and place in the freezer. Now comes the hard part. You'll need to wait around three hours. During this time, stir occasionally to keep the texture even. Once it's firm, serve as it is, or dress it up with fruit, or any topping you like. Kids love to do their own.

  Enjoy!
